Mrs gave my daughters chain for repair was told to pay £12 as goodwill as my wife bought a lot gold from them previously,but when I came to collect the lady at the counter was adamant that its £15 non negotiable, obviously integrity doesn't mean much to these people and I am not one for bartering and haggling and as I went to pull my card out the lady said cash only even though I can clearly see a card machine behind the counter.Not impressed at all.
