I booked my van in on 22/9/[email protected] for oil and filter change at 15.00 rang the garage to be informed it’s not ready yet I’ve rang at 17.15 and the garage is closed ! I’ve lost one day work already and unsure where my van is being stored and when I will get it back. If the van is Not back tomorrow Saturday that’s another day of work lost . I’ve not given the garage permission to keep my van and lack of communication is disgusting I won’t be using the garage again.

Bustling little service centre with friendly staff. I only had an MOT and spent a reasonably pleasant 40 minutes in the waiting room. Seats comfy, coffee/snack machines and loo available. Will probably use c&m again.
