This customer was far from satisfied. Disappointed with the service from the beginning. Would not use them again and I would not recommend them to others either. Go elsewhere.

I suffered fire damage to a flat I rent out. Ace were appointed by the insurers to carry out the repairs. I have to say that the quality of work was excellent. Very pleased with the end result.

After suffering fire damage, i contacted Ace and within minutes i was speaking to a representive from the company. I explained my problem and the next day a surveyor was sent out and fully explained all the process and what is required to be completed. This company come as highly recommended from a few people, but have never had to need to contact them for any fire damages, and was amazed by there service, they were very helpful and polite on the phone and there builders were absolutely amazing and very hardworking and met every deadline that was agreed at the start. I would highly recommend Ace to my friends and anyone else looking for a builder.
