Everything is freshly prepared and made at Fruteiro do Brasil and it has lovely employees working there! Sabah in particular was very helpful and polite when taking my order and the whole atmosphere in general was very lovely! I would highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be returning!

so i was stood outside of boost, recognisable chain popular place right? looked at the menu and for once i decided £6 for a smoothie is just too much right now plus the line was long….i remembered about Fruteiro and decided to come upstairs and give it a chance. told the girl serving me about how i just left boost to come here for the first time and she was so lovely amazing service genuinely. i got the chocolate nut smoothie and it is absolutely amazing. for £4.50 the value, taste and freshness was off the charts. will definitely come here for my smoothies and acai bowls from now on because their menu is also 10 times bigger than any other place.

The slowness of the shop is amazing for a place located within the Arndale mall, where the focus should be on efficient customer service as the place is always bustling with crowd and the shops generally should not let down any opportunity pass but to make good money with good customer service. This shop is an exception. On top of the slowness, the entire service line is mismanaged alongwith rude, unprofessional staff. We were returning from a school run, my daughter had an exhausting day. We ordered for a mango Juice and had to wait for 15 minutes. We saw 4-5 customers, who ordered after us, getting served before us. I politely approached the lady staff and asked for a refund as my daughter had already run out of patience by that time and we thought of looking for another juice shop. I got my refund back. I was about to walk away when another lady who faced the same long wait started asking for a refund and she was misbehaved by a male staff. i had to speak out saying i too had to wait and asked for a refund. The male staff this time targetted me and was not only rude but very disrespectful. This shop doesnt deserve to be there.

Just had the best smoothie and açai in Manchester, absolutely lovely. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are absolutely fabulous and kind, really great customer service. This is the place to go.

Good size and loads of acai and granola. I was able to customise my bowl and swap banana for strawberries. Overall staff we’re very helpful as we were able to try before buying and the girl was lovely!! Great service!!

Fruteiro is definitely the best acai place in the UK.The acai is 100% perfect in consistency and flavour brilliant choice of toppings.Amazing customer service
