Took my car down three times , it was pulling to one side. Staff is very nice, polite and friendly but my car still has the same issue. Taking it in down again on Saturday, hopefully the lads will get to the bottom of it. I do recommend Kwikfit.

Well the service was great. However after only ten miles I suffered a major failure. The new tyre on my passenger side rear split. I was driving to London so had to abandon my trip at this point. I was forced to limp home and pick up my other vehicle. I had sorted out the tyres specially for this trip , helping my son to fit his kitchen. I continued in my other vehicle, but incurred 37.50 charges as this vehicle was not compliant with the London emission zone. I have the receipt. My wife took the tyre back to Bury, however I was slightly miffed as they required to buy another new tyre. They will return the failed tyre to the manufacturer for testing. I have used Kwik fit over many years, please refer to your records and this is the first time I have had cause to doubt my faith in you. You will stay 5 in my rating if you respond favourably to my dilemma. I would continue to confidently use Kwik fit, however for the first time ever I doubt you as a brand. I would appreciate if you actually read these comments a personal contact with an explanation of why a replacement tyre was not forthcoming. Also why I have incurred extra expense by a failure of a product you have supplied to me I. Good faith. I had brought my car to you so I could complete a journey in safety. Feel a little let down by a company I trust However if I do not receive a response will be most disappointed that my comments as a loyal customer have not been heeded nor reacted to. Please do not disappoint me. Yours A hopeful continuing 5 customer. Keith.

Above and beyond to get my car passed its MOT after a fail elsewhere.Honest and friendly.Adam booked me in and was a friendly chap with a willness to get me booked in and sorted whilst ensuring costs were reasonable and James kept me updated each step of the way.Cross threaded bolt was fixed with a new bearing, handbrake adjusted, 4 tyres fitted, wheels aligned. Happy customer.Steve

My car was booked in online and paid for. The appointment was at 2:30 pm for a new tyre and 2 wiper blades. I had booked an appointment to avoid having to wait, I assumed by booking a set time that the job would be completed as never as possible to the set time.I arrived at 2:20pm to be advised there would be a few hours delay" as short staffed.As I had other appointments to get my only alternative would be to rebook as I did not have time to wait " a few hours". I therefore rebooked for the following day meaning a second journey to your depot. I accept the job was completed within an hour of my return visit. Maybe it would be courteous to advise customers who have booked that there would be delays prior to the appointment time to avoid customers unnecessary travel and having to wait for a long period."

Staff were friendly helpful and took the time to talk to me about the problem with my vehicle, provided great advice and made me feel welcome to contact them in the future for any other problems. All staff that I spoke to were professional and friendly and made me feel welcome! Didn’t get anyone’s name but would like to say a huge thank you to the guys who worked on the 2014 Red Corsa for the engine light fault! Great service all round! Thank you.

So so. Took almost 2 hours to change my two tyres because of some communication with the leasing company. Left the slick stuff they use to fit the tyre all over my steering wheel too. It was dark so I didn't notice until an unpleasant surprise the next day.

Thank you to the whole team for today. Special thanks to Daniel and Stewart whose customer service was second to none. They were amazing. They replaced a tyre which had previously been punctured while driving. They were very efficient and the price was good too. It was my first time there and will definitely go back there again when I need anything else doing. Thank you
