time wasters Terry couldn't even be bothered to come out and do quote when he said he would and didn't even tell me he hadn't been until I phoned office to see if quote ready a week later made excuse about road begin close then changed excuse to wanting to link up quotes in one area on same day Stansted in 10 mins from dunmow so if they can't he can't be bothered to travel that short distance for a quote my conclusion they don't need work and are unreliable
