As a wedding photographer, I regularly go to the Tullyglass. It is a beautiful venue, with great friendly staff. The grounds are brilliant for wedding photos and even if it rains, there are still plenty of places and opportunities for photos. Food is always excellent.

We had our wedding in the Tullyglass and we are extremely happy with how everything went. The ceremony, drinks reception and dinner was organised to perfection and the staff were brilliant. All the guests and ourselves were extremely happy with the food and service provided. The bridal suite was lovely also.Highly recommend as a wedding venue.

We didn't stay in the hotel, we went to the carvary for dinner. The price is a little extravagant for the offerings, I say this because most meats offered were pretty dried out. The staff was SUPER friendly, especially Lindsay. I would do it again if the funds were available to me.

Old rooms. Problems with toilet. Seat broken and will not flush properly. Loud fan in bathroom. AC will not cool room. Place looks nice. Bathroom fixtures a mixture of brass, brush steel and chrome. Not sure they checked the checklist on this room. The grounds are beautiful. Ryan at the kitchen is a 5 star chef. Best and nicest person imaginable.

I have just been at my Granddaughter’s and new Grandsons wedding (Sophie and Andy) at this beautiful hotel. From beginning to end the service was outstanding. The actual venue is stunning, the food is out of this world and the staff go above and beyond what is required. I have to mention a lady giving out the canapés, sorry I don’t know her name. They had ran out of vegetarian options (cos all the greedy meat eaters stole them lol) and she went and got sandwiches and crisps for my sister and niece and took a special interest in my youngest granddaughter who has autism, showing her such kindness. She was a lovely Asian lady. Then Marie, that woman deserves employee of the year! I was to put together the wedding arch with the flowers and garlands I had made and wondering how I was going to manage in a wedding outfit and heels I shouldn't have been wearing lol. I couldn't believe my eyes, she had it all set up for me. Then at breakfast could not do enough to help everyone there. The reception staff also were so friendly and genuinely interested if you had all you needed. In fact every single member of staff, despite working in very hot conditions were just amazing and helped make this already wonderful day even better. The food was exceptional, and we will definitely be back to sample it again. The room was immaculate, very comfortable and had everything you need. Thank you to everyone there for making everything run so smoothly and all the little elves working in the background.

The Tullyglass Hotel in Ballymena has made quite an impression, even for someone like me who has never stayed in one of their rooms. The standout feature of this establishment is undoubtedly its fantastic carvery. The carvery at Tullyglass is nothing short of exceptional. The delicious aroma of freshly roasted meats and the tempting array of sides and trimmings make it an irresistible dining experience. The variety and quality of the dishes served are a testament to the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. Whether you're a fan of traditional roast dinners or prefer a more contemporary twist, the carvery offers something to satisfy every palate. The atmosphere in the dining area is warm and inviting, making it the ideal setting for a hearty meal with friends or family. The attentive and friendly staff add to the overall experience, ensuring that your visit to the carvery is both enjoyable and memorable. While I have not had the opportunity to stay in one of their rooms, the reputation of the Tullyglass Hotel suggests that the same level of dedication to quality and service would extend to their accommodations. The hotel's well-maintained grounds and picturesque surroundings are evidence of their commitment to providing a pleasant environment for guests. The Tullyglass Hotel in Ballymena has left a lasting impression on me, particularly due to its exceptional carvery. Even without experiencing their accommodations firsthand, the delightful dining experience and welcoming atmosphere alone make it a venue worth revisiting. If you appreciate a sumptuous meal in a relaxed setting, the Tullyglass carvery is a must-visit destination in Ballymena.

Very disapointed this visit. Have been many times never kept waiting. This visit was different booked for 3 30 shown to table at 4 30. No apology or explanation. No kind jesture offered not even a coffee while we waited. The visit was a birthday celebration. Reserved had been on the table but removed sitting on the bar near the table. I feel another party of people had been squeezed in reason for are hour delay to are table . We had 2 children in are party one of which was only 8 months. Waiting an hour over your booking really is unacceptable. I will think twice in future about booking with the tully glass. Always loved tully glass very disapointed this visit
