Absolutely lovely vets. We have found the staff to be really lovely supportive and helpful. I've had to rearrange some appointments for the pup and they were more than happy to help and facilitate what they could. There is a decent sized car park and a pet store there as well. We are really happy with them.

Update: will not return here with any of my animals again. Awful vet seen this week. We were actually told to take our cat back for a check on his eye by a different vet( who was actually nice) and we were charged £60 by a male vet, who cannot handle fidgety cats, to look at it for less than 2 minutes and told it's fine. Longer was spent at the desk trying to get something taken off the bill that was not actually ours than was spent in the consultation. Seeming as we were told to come back, we assumed it was a follow up included in the £163 spent for a 10 minute appointment earlier in the week, which included 2 medicines, but this was just extortionate!

We take both of our dogs to the Moreton Hall Veterinary Centre. They always seem to take very good care of our girls and the staff are very nice. Our visits do tend to be quite expensive, however, but I haven't actively compared prices with other vets in the area.

We only go in emergency case - everything is extremely overpriced. examples: vet experience has not been good; the flee medicine for dogs is 60%more expensive than buying online; normal trip +meds are £100-200

I will never bring a pet here again. Brought my senior dog for a urine check and the vet I saw did one test and then did not call me back with results. I had to call repeatedly over a week to get a hold of her to find out the results. When I finally reached her she told me her protein levels were high and she was in advanced kidney failure and may not have long to live. No blood work, no blood pressure, nothing else. And no follow up or anything. She put her on an expensive kidney diet prescription food and a med for the urine protein. Just based on 1 urine test. This didn't sit right with me so I took her elsewhere for a second opinion where they did a whole work up. The kidney levels from her blood work were all perfectly within normal, as was her blood pressure. She does *not* need the kidney diet (which she was barely eating because it's unappetizing). New vet has done multiple follow ups and further investigation into the high protein levels but it is NOT kidney failure. Moreton Hall was cold, uncompassionate, and uncommunicative. Do not recommend.

Really a very nice place - spacious and clean. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Saw a lovely lady vet who said she is a feline specialist and who examined my cat and put my mind at rest. She also said there was no need for expensive tests at the moment which reassured me that they are not on a money making mission as it would seem some vets can be. It's a bit further to travel for me but will continue to take my cat here as am very happy and comfortable with this Centre.

Friendly staff. Able to call and ask questions and get answers no annoying robot to talk to first. Had a great experience with emergency line when my cat was sick and spoke directly to a nurse who helped me do CPR.

Had to take our 16yr old tabby cat to be put to sleep. Can't thank the attending vet - I believe her name is Kat - and the nurse enough. The kindness and understanding that they showed towards our little cat, and to us was truly beyond any expectations. Never at any point did we feel rushed, allowing us to say goodbye at our own pace. Thank you once again for your compassion and empathy, it meant a lot.

Today at 19.10 I had a reservation at the Vet, Moreton Hall Veterinary Center, I was there 10 minutes before, but I entered the building 4 minutes before ten past 7! I spoke at the reception and we were told to take a seat and wait. consultation and said that yes she is the only one, let's wait that after the other reservation ends we will be taken over by the respective doctor. And I waited another 15 minutes after which the office door opened, the patients and the doctor came out, to have taken to the reception, no one noticed us, and the doctor stopped talking to other people who were there in the waiting room and did not pay us any attention, to say an excuse me" or I'll take care of you in a few minutes
