Shiloh Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering Accommodation

The host, Who was the grandmother of the family, wasn't nice. No one smile, quite the opposite, bad faces. If she doesn't want to be host is not our problem... The rudest person of Scotland.She asked us for the breakfast, we told her over 9.00am and she answer that better at 8am cause after she had to do things... Ok we are paying 80 pounds, we will choose, i think...The bathroom was perfect and reciently renew.The bed only had quilt and fitted sheet.At last we were getting ready to go out and 15' before 10am told us if we delayed after 10am we would have yo pay another day. She didn't day more than: Bye, with bad faces...Think 2 times before book this B&B

Excellent stay in Skye, hosts were great fun and made us feel so welcome. Accommodation was perfect for our mini break Skye. Breakfast was fantastic with such a great choice. Gutted we couldn't stay a couple more nights. Will definitely recommend and will be back!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay here! The host was wonderful and breakfast was great. The rooms were spotless and despite being near a main road, we had no issues with noise. Beautiful sunset view and great location.

Had a really nice stay at Shiloh. Mary was a lovely host. The Room was Spotless. Comfy Bed and a really nice strong shower. With Coffee and Tea making facilities in the room. Also plenty of Sockets with USB ports. Everything we could want for a Continental Breakfast, Cereal, Toast, Fruit and Coffee, and even accommodated my dairyfree diet with Almond Milk and Alpro Yoghurt very thoughtful.

In spite of a couple of misunderstandings on my part. I recommend this B&B. We ended up without a car. Our host drove us to the local restaurant and assisted in getting a cab to the next accommodation.Biggest room and one of the best bathrooms on our trip of three weeks.

Great location close to the main road and nearby a town with gas/other amenities. Stunning view of the ocean sunset from our bed through large windows. Very spacious, clean and well-updated room. Breakfast was self-served in the room with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and available. Only downside was the bathroom, though just ours, was across a hall shared with other guests and the bath was out of order Highly recommend, one of the more modernly updated places we stayed and at a pretty good price.

Had a great stay in one of the pods. Spotless, comfortable and warm. We've stayed in several pods in Skye and this was the best. Would definitely stay here again, location was great and plenty of space for parking too.

Bad experience.To be fair, good location and clean.Female manager, terrible attitude and rude. Maybe having a bad day/month.They surprisingly only take cash??Only cash!Only B&B I have ever seen that demands cash.I have taken the liberty of reporting this business to HMRC. They thanked me and a full audit of this cash business will be forthcoming.

Comfortable room with good heating, strong shower and fast wifi. Breakfast is generous with plenty of cereals, fruits with hot toasts and croissant. This is a small town with some restaurants and supermarket nearby, but personally I feel this is a good base to the Isle of Skye considering the price and access.
