Four Paws Dog Grooming

Absolutely fantastic service from the Team there!!! Dogs look and smell great and was so happy to see their waggy tails when we turned up to collect them … although they were in no rush to come back as they seemed to have had a ball !!! See you all soon !!!

Update for the person saying I'm not a customer, I am. I have receipts etc to prove it :) my review is honest unlike some people's.Have always taken my dog here and wouldn't take him anywhere else. I know he is well looked after when he goes there and he always comes back looking and smelling amazing! Take no notice of the recent one star reviews, there has been practically a witch hunt created on a Facebook page which has lead to people admitting that they have signed into other people's Google accounts to leave multiple bad reviews. Four paws is bloody amazing!

Update ** ebony your not a customer but one of her friends and no witch hunt here just the honest truthAbsolutely devastated ! Quoted £35 demanded £51 after dogs looks were destroyed by the groomer in my personal opinion! went from a dog with a stunning mane who now looks Very silly and has no protection from ear infections and debris ! No mane, all hair removed from ears ??? Why only god knows ! Two many staff on premises to bring it up when I picked my dog up but called the next day to expierence the worst customers service ever ! Sworn at and told that I’m lying ! Never again and told I’d be sued if I left an honest review

Have tried several groomers for my cat and Four Paws is by far the best. My cat is extremely fluffy and they always manage to sort out matts and clumps and my cat comes back smelling clean and fresh. Great service.

Our puppy had her first puppy pamper and loved it and came home smelling amazing.

Absolutely appalling customer service. My wife thought she would suprise me and have Gerry my medium/long haried German Shepherd groomed, trimmed and bathed. I came home the day he went over to Four Paws and found I now had a short haried GSD. If anyone knows anything about the breed which you would surely expect a qualified Groomer to do, you do not take clippers to a medium haired GSD due to the double coat they have. Gone was his mane around his face, the protective hair in is ears and to top it all off when I called to speak to the owner about this she would not give me the time of day and denied ever cutting out the hair in his ears and his mane. I then offered to come in and speak to her about receiving a refund to which I was sworn at and told she would call the police should I visit them in her shop. In my line of business if I ever spoken to a customer in this way I would of been out on my ear and sacked. Shame on them and please see the pictures to prove what they had done to my beloved GSD...
