VisitScotland Inverness iCentre

When I visited Inverness by myself, I came into the VisitScotland Inverness iCentre and it's a shop where you can buy gifts but also you can prebook tours and experiences, I liked their shortbread options and they were great with directions for me.

Outstanding service in this tourist information office. I was given great advice and the person who helped me went out of her way to check the weather forecast for me and print out special trail routes. Am very impressed and very grateful!

New location on the High Street is so much better!! Everything you need for planning your stay in Inverness and the Highlands. they can book your tours, accommodation anywhere in Scotland. Nice souvenirs and great staff!

I visited the centre twice and was attended by two different women. They were both much more helpful than in tourist inormation centres that I have been in in other parts of the country. I hope their hard work is recognised. They went above and beyond to give suggestions and ideas and print timetables.Thank you

Get all the info for Highlands and book some excursions for any trip on the River Ness or bus. Usual shortbread and other overpriced offerings.

Visiting Inverness for the first time has us interested in exploring the depths of what the area has to offer within tourist attractions in and around Inverness with the help of a tour guide. However this information centre that we visited was exceptionally unhelpful in terms of friendly customer service and lacked the patience to explain and answer the questions that we had to ask. Finally to top it off, we were asked to leave immediately before any of our questions could be answered due to the staff having their lunch break. I don’t recommend this particular information centre for anyone interested in exploring what the city has to offer.
