I cannot praise the manager of Timpson in Loughton highly enough. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. I took a bag in last week to be mended and even though he was very busy as it was half term, he sorted it as I needed it that evening

Good service provided for keys cut and shoe repair.

Excellent, quick, polite friendly service from Callum today. Used this shop before. Like the fact that Callum said please bring the keys back if they didn’t work. They do work perfectly. Thank you Callum.

The shop is the place for key cutting watches straps and batteries. Batteries for life are a little dearer buy with the card provided so each time you need a battery it would bevreplaced no extra charge. Remember the card.Shoes needed to be repaired you get a honest reply if they can be done. Winston in the shop one day said my sandals couldn't be done because he saw they was badly cracked .

One of the only places where they do easy-entry keys. The staff were super helpful as well since it normally takes about an hour to make them and I arrived as they were closing! Thanks Winston.

The store is clean, tidy, bright, classic, retro, organised and small. The staff is friendly, welcoming, sociable, understanding, knowledgeable, professional, well mannered, respectful and serve you with a smile which makes you feel good about going in that store. The price of the battery replacement was £25.00 which was little bit expensive but not too expensive but quality over quantity which is important but came with life time warranty for battery replacement. You should go there for anything because they are quite qualified and expert in their field which is good that is why you should go to sort out what ever you need from sorting out the watch battery replacement to engraving. Go there before it is too late.

Had my key cut today he was effe at first to do it cause of the difficult of my key but done it and told me if it doesn’t work bring it back But NOOO it works perfectly. don’t go anywhere else apart from the loughton branch because 5 key shops turn me down
