Absolutely disgraceful… ice creams come melted what was meant to be a mint aero sundae was vanilla with chocolate sauce and a tiny amount of crushed areo on the top .. cookie dough was absolutely vile was meant to be milk chocolate … was made with Nutella good job I don’t have a nut allergy! Customer service I rang the shop because it was 40 minutes late to be told ‘wait’ because she was busy having a conversation then when she allowed me to speak she said ‘yes’ in the most disrespectful attitude…. Needs shut down it was absolutely vile I can’t believe I waited so long to be let down with by far the worst dessert I’ve ever tasted

First time trying the bakebox, very disappointed with the churros we ordered, they were very over cooked, upon calling them back to tell them that it's over cooked, instead of apologising they said it's meant to be like that. I've had churros before and this is not how it's suppose to be. And all the label on our shakes were mixed up. Wont be returning there.

I waited 2 hours for my delivery to come! I ordered a kinder bueno waffle and it was stone cold, I also ordered cheesy nachos and the cheese was just solid and it was not melted one bit, my nachos were soft, I also ordered a cookie dough and it was freezing and they thought a cake would solve this problem! Disgusting customer service and disgusting food. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Genuinely awful. Daim brownie was swapped for some cheap and nasty chocolate bars and a bag of crisps without even telling us. And the white choc cookie dough that we did order was vile - sickly sweet breadiness smothered with white choc late. When we rang the restaurant, they were very rude

We ordered the kinder bueno cookie dough with millionaire ice cream and the M&M cookie dough along with a pot of fudge brownie ice cream. Both desserts were incredible. I’m usually a bit disappointed with a cookie dough being too burnt and cold by the time it’s delivered but these were still warm. Crispy round the edge but so soft and gooey in the centre. Plenty of toppings which can be another let down when ordering desserts but this place added enough for it to taste like how it’s meant to! Incredibly happy I ordered from you guys! Thanks so much!

Highly recommend the churros, they were delicious. Came covered in melted chocolate with a tub of extra dipping chocolate, they were so tasty!The rainbow cake was absolutely gorgeous aswell, very moist and plenty cream throughout. The custard was lovely and plenty of it.Staff very friendly & will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered the milk choc cookie dough and two oreo milkshakes. the cookie dough came burnt. the milkshakes came without straws. the milk choc cookie dough was nutella instead, which wasn't in the description. very lucky i didn't have a nut allergy. cookie dough came raw compared to other cookie dough I've had.i ordered at 1am, and delivery was expected before 2am. and it came at 3am.quite disappointed as I'm on holiday here and expected good quality as reviews were hopeful.

the first day that we ordered from this place they cancelled our order last minute, without notifying us, as they didn't have something we ordered even though it displayed it on the website as available.the next night we tried again. this time our delivery came yet it may as well not have.they cancelled our order again after it said it was 'delivered' on the app even though it was not.the delivery then came between 1-2 hours late and the delivery driver, couldn't find our address and demanded we walked to him in rain, even though we were at the end of a one way street that we were on, of which he was at the start of.when we asked him where he was, he yelled at us and didn't explain (this is more on uber's side of things) and he also drove down the wrong side of a one way road.alongside this, we had to ring up multiple times, each time they said it would be 15 minutes, but it was longer. what's even more embarrassing is the first time we rang up, they said they had another thing out of stock which we only gained knowledge of due to ringing up after the app claimed it was deliveredalso, the milkshakes were a sorry excuse for a drink and included bits of the ingredient used that ranged in sizes. some being chunks that made the drinking experience far less exciting.finally, the business address seems a bit sus as when we called them up the first time it diverted us to a landscape supplies company.TLDRthe milkshakes were awful, and the delivery was somehow worse, these milkshakes were meant to take an hour to be delivered to a place 20 minutes away, and they still turned up extremely late. they also seem incredibly shady. if i could rate this 0 stars, i would still rate it less.
