The lady was so lovely and helpful. Told her roughly what I wanted and got so much good advice and suggestions. No pushiness to buy either which I've found in other shops, in fact she even suggested a pram I might like that they didn't stock as she thought it might suit my needs. Will definitely go back for more bits!

I visited with my Mum last week to buy a pram. We must have ended up being there for a couple of hours in the end - we had lots of questions and wanted to be absolutely sure! Vicky was so lovely, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Ended up buying both a car seat and a pram, and am delighted with my purchases. Highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic experience with The Pram Shop. I came here with my Mum initially, having done very little pram research, but it didn't matter because Vicky was so knowledgeable and helped us narrow down the best model of pram for us very quickly. We came back with my husband later the same day and were all able to have a go at pushing the pram round the shop, adding and removing attachments, folding and unfolding, so that by the end of our visit we felt very confident in our choice. Couldn't recommend this business enough!

What a fantastic place!Came in to find a pram set for our first child and got a personal shopping experience tailored to finding the best product for what we required as soon to be parents. Genuine and lovely staff who helped answer our questions and find the best match to our needs.Would definitely recommend this business.

We went in today to have a look at a pram for our first baby. My mother who is physically disabled and father came too. We had the most magical experience, not only did she give us detailed explanations and demonstrations of all the parts of the pram, car seat and pushchair. She made us all feel so included and was so positive and insightful about the advice and suggestions given. We purchased this pram and feel so confident it was the right choice thanks to the information and advice given. We were there over an hour without any pressure put on us but still given 1 to 1 attention throughout. We left with the biggest smiles and my mum felt so comfortable and not self conscious of her mobility at any point. Cannot thank you enough. My biggest regret is not asking her name before I left to personally thank her from the bottom of my heart. My mum felt so included and you can't put a price on that! Thank you!
