Terrible Store, Closing Times Aren't Correct At All!I always go for all my parts from Motor Parts in my home town. But the Ipswich Branch is awful compared to my normal branch. Prices are totally different even with manager discount from my home store to transfer it to Ipswich there's suddenly a huge difference in price.Talking to them on the phone Store Close Time 12:30, calling the store from 11:40-11:45 just for someone to answer then get told the parts an extra 10 pound from my normal store. Then mentioned the store closes in 15 minutes I said that's fine I'll pick the part up but my quote was 32.60 plus vat not 42. Then the reply I got on the phone was Hello Hello Hello Then the line cut off. Tried calling back for another 5 minutes and lines just calling out. Doesn't seem suspicious that the store allegedly closes in 15 minutes then the line cuts out.

They were very helpful but sadly I have got go to the main dealer for the brake pipe I need.

Don't go here if your mask exempt. The require proof of exemption even though not required by law. All you get is Its company policy not to serve me" Discrimination Act well and truly breached."
