I have been using this company for 25 yeas and they have always delivered as promised and handled everything in the most proffesional way. Had my initial appointment today after booking with the solicitors secretary last week. I was greeted by my appointed solicitor who told me off for being late (I wasn't, I am not in the habit of being late for appointments) I pointed out politely that the appointment had been booked at the time I had arrived, he then told me again that it hadn't and I was late. To which he then added well

Great friendly advice

Do not sell to anyone using these solicitors. Ask who you buyer is using. I will never sell to anyone using these solicitors again. It’s been four months and it is going to take longer. I’ve never experienced so much stress. They go at their own pace and do not plan ahead. They have held everything up and come up with new things each time. They never give estimates of how long things take. My solicitors have been excellent and quick. It’s a shame people like this are allowed to have so much power considering they’re so incompetent
