So impressed with Pet Paradiso. I was so nervous about finding a new groomer for my little dog who gets nervous but Petrina put us both at ease with her excellent knowledge and expertise. Also Petrina's Dad who supports is great with Phoebe and helped calm her nerves :) Communication is excellent both in person and online with additional fun photos and videos which made my entire family smile. Phoebe looks and smells fantastic.The attention to detail is excellent and no request is too much trouble. Price is extremely reasonable in comparison to other groomers in the area and they take card payments. Petrina has adapted her own home to have a designated grooming area which is functional and practical and you can park right outside. Highly recommend - We are now customers for life!

Lovely people and very kind . My dog loves them , after his grooming he looks more happy and clean . They look after you pet like is there . I'm so happy I found them , Ceaser is happy dog as well . I love you Christmas bowtie . Thank you see you next time ☺️

Have added to my review as my cat Bonnie had her grooming done today by Petrina. I thought Bonnies coat was sleek before but it looks beautiful now! Bonnie is very proud of how she looks and Im so happy! Would thoroughly recommend Petrinas services and I will be taking my cats back to have their winter coat combed out in the Springtime! Very impressed! I couldnt get over the difference with my cats Clydes coat he looked so lovely! There was no sign of any stress - he actually looked happy to be free of all the dead fur under his coat! Petrina was excellent, explained the process to me fully and I felt I was leaving my cat in very safe hands! I have booked my other cat in and will make sure I have this done regularly now as it has made such a difference to my cat in how he looks and feels! Thank you so much!

I never knew cat grooming was even possible and certainly not for my ‘naughty torty’ Rhubarb. She very much needed a good brushing to help her shed her winter coat. Petrina was very calm and professional and took care of her like she was her own. Rhubarb never smelt or looked better afterwards and the amount of hair she shed was astounding. Thanks Pet Paradiso!

First of all we got a appointment quick. So nice people and a wonderful service. The dog seemed calm when we picked him up. The best cut ✂️ ever, even that the dog had som challenges with his fur. We will definitely come back.

Had our cat groomed today. I booked him in as I was assured on the phone they were experienced in dealing with ‘difficult’ cats, our cat is far from vicious he just doesn’t like being groomed which makes it difficult to do at home.First of all, he was dropped off at 2:30 however due to chatting he didn’t actually get groomed until 2:50 which means he didn’t get his full hour and although this is minor, it was a different story again to what I was told on the phone as it was sold as going completely at his own pace but there was already a dog waiting outside when he was collected. I appreciate they don’t have all the time in the world but if you’re going to go at an animals pace I would suggest allowing more time for that appointment.When he was picked up, it was explained that most of the matts were taken off however there were still some left and one of his paws has had the nails trimmed. The reason I took him was for the matts so in all honesty I would rather they were concentrated on rather than the claws and again this was reiterated when booking the appointment but, that’s the decision she made.We were told he was being aggressive from the minute he got out of the crate and made it difficult the entire time to get anything done. As previously stated I made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that he doesn’t like being groomed and would not tolerate it well but I was assured that they were used to dealing with this kind of thing and they had several techniques to calm him down.We were then told there was a drug we could obtain from the vets to relax him if we wanted to bring him back and she basically refused to groom him again unless he had taken that. We were also told just to do it ourself… which.. defeats the point of a groomer?I’m not saying a bad job was done and it’s nothing against the groomer she seemed friendly enough however I am mightily annoyed that I specifically came looking for someone who could deal with difficult cases and I was assured this was the place to go and yet it seems to me they gave up half way through. I can’t speak on what the job is like for dogs and judging by the reviews it’s pretty good but if you’re a cat owner I wouldn’t fall into this very costly trap and try and find someone else. May be better for shorter haired cats who need less work but not for longer hairs ones unless you’re willing to drug your animal.At least he smells nice I guess?
