Lady Margaret Road Dental Surgery

Thanks to Dr Tavakoli advice and dentristry skills I no longer dread the words 'root canal treatment' and am still in possession of all my molars. :-)

We had very bad experience of the dentist because of lack of skill and lack of giving information to us. My wife had three times filler and we have paid three times £65 every time on top of assessment fees. All the time filler has come out after few days and my wife is in extreme pain. She can not be able to eat at all so we went today to the dentist to help her but she asked more money to pay before she can do another filler. So basically she asked money for the same treatment which did not work. So I can conclude that she took three times money despite she knows the original issue. My wife has been with them since March and money paid and then she referred her somewhere else in august so by that time we paid all money. Rather she help my wife, she is behind money. She did understand how my wife is struggling because of the pain and can not be able to eat and she is enimic. So I believe If anything will happen to her she will be solely responsible as my wife was treated by her since March. She prescribed antibiotics few days before and she expected my wife to take 6 antibiotics and on top of painkillers a day until referral comes ( which can be after 6 months) and she can’t eat properly. So basically they are trying to damage my wife’s health by taking tablets without food. In conclusion we expect dentists to treat her and find solutions rather then ask for fourth time payment. We completely shame to get service from professional dentist.

Had pain and was in need of of dental treatment these guys booked me in, quick took away the pain fixed me up.then on my appointment it all went better then i expected, in the end they were so nice i ended up with a gold tooth.Understanding, multi ligule, very polite, professional service,on of the receptionist is exceptionally the best.Mr. G Singh

One of the worst reception staff. Really upsetting treatment, they are very rude. It's a shame because Dr Tavakoli is amazing.
