Pleasant staff. Choice of quotes given for different security systems. Very helpful if I had any concerns this was dealt with in a timely manner. Workman cleaned up after themselves so couldn't fault the work. Wonderful experience from start to finish.I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from a swift quote to completing the work. We had an old alarm replaced with additional sensors and keypad added. The two lads who fitted it were very tidy and even hoovered up muddy footprints made by my dad!100% recommend.

We've been using Eagle for many years to service our alarm system and it was logical to ask for advice and a quote for a cctv system. We were very impressed with their recommendations and quotation. Rob did an excellent job installing the cameras. They are a first class home security company.

They were both extremely polite, very hard working and definitely knew their stuff.They cleaned up after themselves, not that they made much mess. Eagle came and put in a new alarm system in our house. Main alarm board, control panel and garage sensor.Technician arrived on time, friendly guy who explained what work was going to be done and rough time frame for the work to be done.Late morning my wife had a online meeting and the technician took an early lunch so not to disturb the meeting.Work was completed within the day, he went through the new control panel, helped us install phone app and get it setup over the wifi plus went through the workings of the app in a way we could understand.He cleaned up all the areas he worked in and left no signs he'd been there, he had drilled through a wall so had hovered away the dust and left the area clean.Very impressed with the level of knowledge, customer service skills and professionalism, can't fault the work carried out.If your looking for a decent company to come and put in or upgrade your current alarm system you wont find any better.

I chose Eagle to install my new home security system because I didn't want to use a huge company to whom I would be just a number; I wanted a local, more personal service which would enable me to speak to human. That's exactly what I got. The two gentlemen who installed the system today were absolutely brilliant. They worked hard - I didn't notice them taking a lunch break - and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. They were very considerate of me and my property all the time they were here; they cleaned up before they left and swept the floor; everything was explained to me and demonstrated clearly and I was asked several times if I was happy with everything and if I had any questions. I did have a couple of questions which were answered immediately so that by the time they left I felt comfortable with the system. I was assured many times that I can ring at any time to speak to a real person who will help me if I have any queries at all. They were delightful people. And the young man who initially came to assess the job and talk me through the options was equally professional and helpful. This is a family firm and its employees speak highly of the company. It was a genuine pleasure to have them in my home. I'm really glad I chose Eagle.

Our 6 monthly service was due today and the Engineer was absolutely brilliant. We had a few issues for him to check out and he went through them all to our satisfaction. He was so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he was very mindful of the fact that we were Shielding" and took great care to keep to the social distancing rules. He really is good at his job and reflects well upon the Company.Also the office staff are great as well because when we have to phone either to book an appointment or to advise them of an issue
