I am extremely disappointed with the sub standard quality of work carried out by Phoenix UK. I would advise that you avoid. Here are some pictures of a retaining wall they built that cracked in 3 separate places within 12 months of being constructed. Rather than accepting responsibility and resolving the issue, they blamed me, the customer.
