I have been there many times to get done my nails, I always come out with Amazing nails and pedicure. I highly recommend this place to treat yourself:

Terrible and extremely poor service. The lady left my nail to make someone else’s and kept me waiting. I would give it a zero if there was the option. I left without finishing my nail because it was super insulting. Don’t go here unless you want to be given 3rd tier service, especially if you are not white. I hope they do better.

I used to use this place all the time before the owners changed ! My nails used to last 3 weeks and perfect but since changing ownership they havent lasted yet they use the same products and polish so its definitely the way its applied ! My nails chip within a few days and i get breakage within a week ! The staff there is very nice though , i cant fault it but i need nails to last as i cant keep popping back to town and pay parking everytime to get them fixed! I have work/kids etc..

Very disappointed. Called in and booked slot for 18.00 but waited about an hr. Do not recommend at all.

I live in Ashford and tried afew nail bars I'm so so glad I tried luxury nails this is the best in town I will not be going anywhere else the owners are lovely very welcoming highly recommend.

I usually never leave a negative review for any business but I've been left very disappointed by the service I've received this afternoon.After being a loyal customer for years I will not be returning hereThis is meant to be a £30 SNS nail dip service and a special treat for me as I have a baby and don't get me" time very often.The guy who did this had to be reminded to paint my nails twice as he kept missing to put the top coat on as he kept rubbing his eyes and he looked like he was about to collapse. I even asked him if he was OK at one point and he could take a break if he wasn't feeling well!anyway photo of said luxury/professional nails speaks for itselfhow can they leave my nails like that with previous nail colour still on and all over my hands and fingersI am very let downit looks absolutely awful"
