A terrible law firm - I would definitely not recommend them. Their staff are not detail oriented (which you need in a solicitor) or conscientious and get basic details wrong on a regular basis. Do not expect a successful legal outcome or a good, professional service.My case was dealt with by Lynne McGonnell, a senior solicitor, who clearly didn't take notes during our 40 minute initial consultation and subsequently approached the wrong landlord (despite me giving the correct company name multiple times and their full contact details).It later transpired that she had been joking around with people at the company that I would potentially be taking to court in future, which really angered me. It displays a total lack of professionalism or care for clients.Do not expect any complaint you make to the Senior Partners to be handled objectively or fairly. As mentioned by other reviewers, my case was simply dropped after my complaint. You will probably need to familiarise yourself with the Legal Ombudsman. Avoid at all cost!

I used Hadaway and Hadaway for purchasing a buy to let property. They delivered an efficient and professional service and even helped me out with a further matter beyond completion. Would definitely use them a again.

Very happy from start to finish. Quick with replies, open and honest through out. Emma Gilboy and Jackie Teymourian were allocated to work on our sale and purchase and all things considered, our experience has been very disappointing.Communication was the biggest issue, with emails going days and sometimes weeks without acknowledgement, phone calls not being returned and when communication was forthcoming, it was often unclear, vague and on the whole, quite unhelpful as it tended to create more questions than it answered, resulting in multiple email correspondence to clarify - some of which we were charged for.Not only that, but we found both Emma and Jackie to present as quite rude and at times, borderline hostile - particularly over the phone where their continuous sighing and scoffing was commensurate with that of a petulant teenager, and made us feel like an inconvenience as opposed to a paying client. This sentiment was also echoed to us by others who had to deal with them as part of the process in a professional capacity.On the whole, we have felt completely unsupported by Hadaway and Hadaway throughout what was a challenging process, to the point where when our sale fell through due to more communication issues between Emma, Jackie and the buyers' solicitor, we opted to take a hit of over £1,600 to move over to another firm.Based on our experience, we would certainly not recommend Hadaway and Hadaway for conveyancing - particularly Emma and Jackie.

We recently used Hadaway & Hadaway to sell and buy houses and we are so glad we did. Dwayne and his team are super diligent and always had our best interests at heart. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

All communication whether by email or telephone was always polite and courteous and always with the utmost respect where you were treat as their equal and not spoken down to which unfortunately, solicitors are sometimes known for.
