Great charging but Instavolt need to tell/warn us about parking charges - definitively! Not ‘Parking charges may apply’. Surely Instavolt negotiates this with the property owners and can display info on the charger screen OR better still integrate with the parking billing system??? I got a £60 fine from Euro Car Parks. Elsewhere there are no parking charges… nice little earner for Euro Car Parks aided by poor Instavolt cutomer care

Charging worked well. However I am currently about to pay a fine for having “parked” my car whilst it was charging. InstaVolt need to address this with the local parking firm to whom I have appealed - unsuccessfully. The signage makes clear that the charging bay should not be used for parking (I didn’t, I was charging) yet I am now being charged for having parked for 38minutes whilst I charged my car. The bays are clearly distinct as charging bays operated by InstaVolt yet Smart parking appear to have jurisdiction over the use. Paying to park whilst charging - doesn’t seem right. Instavolt sort this please.

entirely ridiculous that you are expected to pay for parking whilst using these charging stations. if that is the case then it needs to be VERY CLEARLY marked and stated VERY CLEARLY on the screen as you get set up for charging. i have NEVER encountered a situation like this before, and it is entirely out of the ordinary. the first thing i know about it is receiving a demand for £100. TOTALLY UNREASONABLE. it is InstaVolts responsibility to make sure that your customers are properly notified of this, since it is entirely reasonable for an unknowing individual to just assume you can park up for free when using the chargers. SORT IT OUT!

Great charging location, fast, convenient, easy. REMEMBER YOU MUST ALSO PAY TO PARK! Approximately £0.80 per hour. (True at the time of writing)

Easy to find easy to use car would only charge at 64kw but its 1st time I've charged an ev only had it 1 week so probably me lol

MAKE SURE YOU PAY YOUR PARKING BEFORE CHARGING HERE.I should have read the reviews before using this station. I've charged here twice and just received a parking fine for the first charging occasion (I'm sure the second one is coming soon). I wouldn't expect to pay to get my car charge in a retail park, and there was no sign warning us!!!Absolutely terrible experience

Fast charge (40kWh) with easy access off / back on the M5 - within the wider retail park is a large Tesco and we went to a nearby Costa whilst it was charging.

Took me a while to locate the stalls, and a bit of a tight squeeze compared to some other locations. Could only get 70kWh max despite a warm battery and car capable of 135kW delivery. Maybe because all the other cables were in use too?
