Had a flat tire tans they sorted it out straightways and did some extras for free. This is trustworthy place as I know nothing about cars. Will be coming back here again and again.

Absolute joke. Overpriced and staff that talk rubbish to try and get you spend more. Wife called was quoted a fortune for unnecessary work I called got a silly price and no up sell on the unnecessary work. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

Booked my Tesla in for an MOT. No issues booking online. Then once I arrived was told they have a company policy not to MOT them as they don't want to damage anything jacking it up. It's 2023 and you cant jack up a car? Mechanic was nice enough about it, but why did the system let me book and why didn't anyone call before I wasted part of my day???

Do not trust these guys went in for two new tires had to go to another centre to have my tracking sorted out properly as they failed to do it twice correctly. Clearly third time was a charm. Returned home to find three wheel nuts, loose that rotated at least twice while been tightened. Front offside tire fitted poorly bead, not creating a good seal, resulting in anseal resulting in a flat tyre. Incompetent, rushed, complacent and ill fitted. I will definitely not be returning as a future customer. Even after the complaints, no form of compensation offered. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Since the new manager Mark took over in July this place has improved so much. He was very helpful. Whilst another garage just up the road failed the MOT I rang & spoke to Mark who ordered all the parts that needed replacing. He booked it in for repair 2 days later & he rang that afternoon to inform me that the car was not a failure, didn’t need repairing & passed it without any advisories . Could of easily made money out of my 20 year old son but was honest & genuine. Would highly recommend. He has definitely turned this place around. Well done Mark & thanks again

An excellent experience. Ordered online, paid for new tyres and scheduled a fitting for the following week. I turned up on the day and the job was done in less than 20 minutes. In and out with no fuss and within budget.

They take ages to do a job, was waiting here for an hour just to get a tyre change. There wasn't any other customers and it took them 25 minutes even before they started the job. Absolutely appalling service.

Very helpful. Investigated slow puncture in case it could be fixed even though a replacement tyre had already been paid for online. Advised on wear on other tyres too.
