VWFS Rent-a-Car Leicester

Very unprofessional people to do business. I will never recommend anyone to rent vehicles from VW.I have started renting the vehicle from VW Leicester in April 2020 till end of January 2021. When I got the vehicle from VW , there were few scratches and was noticed by VW staff . On the same day evening I noticed little crack on the windscreen which I let them know . They claimed that it was done by me and I have to get it repaired which I did and changed the new windscreen as I didn't want to argue about. I am a honest individual. I am Ex Gorkha army from Nepal and always traind to be honest with everyone. I was very honest with VW. When I went to return the vehicle they have denied the scratches from before. Even after showing all the evidences and texts communications they still claimed that it was done by me and took my deposit. It was not about the deposit that they took . But it was all about their bad principles. Staffs they have in Leicester branch are very inexperienced, ZERO costumer service. I am very difficult with VW ren a car. I have recommended 4 of my friends to vw rent a car in May 2020. But I would never recommend anyone to go to VWFS rent a car.

Rented a van for our home move. Had a few questions before booking which were answered incredibly quickly - the service provided even without a booking was great.We then booked, and collected the van. Again, absolutely no issues at all. The van was immaculate and the service we received was fantastic.Unfortunately we picked up a (pretty big) stone chip on the way back to the branch. We let them know and waited for the price expecting the charge to be extortionate but again this was dealt with incredibly well and the charge was completely reasonable and honestly much less than we had expected.Thank you for the help, the customer service was second to none. Great place to hire from, would use again and will definitely be recommending.

If I could give no stars I would. Called late night for a car as it was a family emergency. his phone was available and an incredibly rude and obnoxious man answered. I asked if a car was available for the following morning and he replied with well first

Quality vehicle and superb service from Asif and the VWFS team. Definitely my go-to vehicle hire firm from now on. Keep up the good work guys.

Needed a van at short notice and Gary couldn't have been more helpful. . He went out of his way to help and would definitely recommend.The van was brand new and exactly what we needed.

Found this place by chance but will definitely rent from here in future. Cheapest price in Leicester, new and clean Luton van. Saj was very helpful with a couple of issues we had. I was a bit wary because of the lack of reviews but would highly recommend!
