Princes House Student Accommodation

The team at Princes House made it my home for 8 months. From beginning to end they accommodated and helped me throughout the entire process. I am a student from the states and the team walked me throughout the entire process of moving internationally. Jackie, Weronika and Gaz are the absolute dream team and make it so easy to live at Princes House. The building is very quiet so it is perfect for those who need to study or are light sleepers. The building is very clean and constantly maintained. The location of the building is in the city centre but located on a quiet street. It is within walking distance to everything you would need, bus stops, grocery stores, parks, walking trails, norwich train station, restaurants, coffee shops, library, malls, etc. The building is safe and secured as only those with an electronic key are able to get into the building. This creates peace of mind knowing that the environment is securely monitored.Everyone is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Moving back to the states was really stressful for me because I was preparing for exams at the same time. Jackie, Weronika and Gaz took the burden of dealing with shipping my suitcases off of my shoulders and handled all of the challenges that came along with it. I am so touched by their genuine care and incredibly grateful for their guidance and kindness. Jackie is the owner of the building and is invested in everyone’s happiness at Princes House. She makes sure all of your concerns and worries are sorted. She has set the bar very high for my future accommodation owners. Weronika is the house manager, is always available for tenants and makes sure everything is running smoothly. She made the move into and out of Princes House seamless. Gaz is at Princes House almost everyday making sure everyone is taken care of. He is always greeting everyone with a smile and makes sure you’re doing okay and having a great day. He takes care of anything and everything at Princes House and prioritizes your wellbeing throughout your stay.I cannot thank the Princes House team enough for everything. I continue to highly recommend Princes House for anyone’s stay.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough, especially for someone with almost debilitating anxiety when living with other people. Perfect spot in the city. Staff are wonder, haven’t had a single issue and they’re insanely welcoming and nice to be around. Well worth the money. Looking forward to my second year.

Went to visit our granddaughter who is working in Norwich and staying in the Princess accommodation.It is a lovely little studio very well appointed and ideal for single person.

I stayed here for my last year of my bachelors degree.1. The staff- Paulina, Weronika, Damian are incredibly friendly, helpful and great to chat to.2. The site manager Gaz will quickly become your best friend, he is incredibly friendly, loves to chat and will go up and beyond anyone’s expectations, he’s truly one of the hardest working person I’ve personally ever met.3. The Landlords Jackie and Andy and great to talk to, they quickly sort out anything you need and they make sure the place is kept clean and shiny.3. The facilities are great, dishwashers, washing machines, oven and more is provided in the rooms, the rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space for anyone.4. The location is ideal weather you’re studying at NUA or UEA, it’s near everything in a beautiful area of the city. There is a great bike shed as well under renovation.5. There’s a wonderful launderette on site for any drying needs as well as extra washing at a fair price (much better than Circuit Laundry prices at student accommodations).5. It’s very safe, clean and quiet.All in all I highly highly highly recommend staying here over any other student accommodation in the city- nothing comes close to the experience you will have here.In my case, a part of my heart and home will always be in Norwich, as well as Princes House and it’s staff.

The flat is at a lovely location in the city centre. The neighbourhood is busy but Princes Street itself is pretty quiet. Great opportunities to go jogging by the canals if you live there. The flat was well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, some kitchen utensils and furnished with new furniture. There were hardly any problems and if something needed to be fixed, Gaz and Jackie were very quick to action. They are extremely responsible and responsive. Thank you both for making my stay enjoyable!

I stayed in Princes House for almost a year and I was very pleased with my studio. The apartment is very modern and well-equipped and even if we are in the city centre it is very calm and quiet. It felt like home and as a girl living on her own I always felt safe. Jackie and Gareth are very kind and helpful. I truly recommend this place.
