James did a fantastic job getting my old Smiths Sectric electric wall clock back up and running again, and giving it a good cleanup without getting rid of its authentic patina. I've no doubt it will continue to run faultlessly for many years to come!

James and Arthur did a magnificent job repairing my grandfather clock which was in a terrible state. The price was good and repairs and service carried out quickly. James delivered it and made sure it was setup to keep good time. I thoroughly recommend James’s professional service.

Harris was amazing! I had a 1960s Rolex that headquarters couldn't repair (too old, no parts available), and I took it to multiple other repair shops that were also not able to help me. But Harris is on a different level of skill, he was able to perfectly fix the watch within 6 weeks, at a great price too! Would recommend

If you have a timepiece that needs repair or restoration, or in the case of my 1974 watch bringing back to life, James is the right person to take it to. He is exactly the kind of person you would trust your valued possession to - thoughtful, attentive, and friendly, and his workshop is just as you would hope it would be. My watch isn't hugely valuable, but James understood that it has great value to me and brought it back to life beautifully. Thank you James!

Using my wife account and rather late on this review. But I took in a 50+ year old zenith in for a service. Perfect!My heuer Chronograph had its first every service. Perfect. James also fixed my wife’s Mondaine by sourcing a new quartz movement.Super service, fantastic guy and if your obsessed by watches it’s just the best place ever. Thank you!Kevin
