Having been very impressed by your excellent service to my I-Pad, I had no hesitation in returning to you for more help. Your care and patience were superb, both with my problem and also with sorting a replacement I-Phone for my friend. She had a great problem with trust but, having witnessed how you helped me, she felt confident to deal with you. We are both very happy. Thank you.

Initially fixed my phone and was helpful, was a little worried as the screen was having a few issues after he fixed it and had to go back 3 times in one day but he was helpful and understanding. However, less than a week later I woke up and the screen was half black, no cracks to the screen, he did contact the supplier see if 'warranty' covered it. Although, when I came back to collect it he said that they can't fix it because its cracked... I will not argue my way into them fixing it for free and I did not want to pay again after all these issues, this was supposed to be a cheap easy route resulting in me taking out a new phone contract. unfortunately in my circumstance I would not recommend.

Dog broke 2g old flip fone. Took in two other fones to exchange SIM cards - arthritis in fingers.All done and with speed and a smile.Many thanks.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly. He said my repair may take up to 2 days. Same day he called me and stayed open for me to pick up my phone which has worked fine since.

I tell him give me 20 Qaqqa for 10 pounds, then a day, everything is over, he says you tell me for 20 pounds, my eyes are lying
