Will never use them again. They took our car in for an MOT. I specifically asked them if it failed and they retested would there be a charge. They said no. Took it back 4 days later. They gave us an estimate for the work. The bill was shocking. They charged for the retest and when I queried it made it abundantly clear they didn't care what I thought. They charged a lot more for the work than the estimate. Customer service none, dreadful attitude.

Had my car fixed there after a minor accident cause it's affiliated to my car Insurance. Repairs are well done, in the time frame and I was given a courtesy car . The only thing was my car wasn't clean when I got it back. They were also a bit stern and I find it not easy to deal with this. They're the reasons why I can't give a 5* review.
