They do nice coffee n I come here every few days n now when I come here the staff just don’t no how to make latte no more all I get is a cup of foam every time and when u hold ur coffee it’s like holding it with no liquid in just nothing but foam I’ve address this so many times with the staff but now I’ve had enough other than this issue I would of have a 5 start but stick and tired going through this every couple days

I prefer Caffè Nero in comparison to the other (chain) brands' in UK. The coffee quality is better, cakes also taste nicer & not too sweet.This particular place is quite convenient with one of the door is opened directly to the coach station, traveling into/from Oxford with coaches from London, Gatwick, Cambridge, etc. Free WiFi is available and for customers, there's a clean toilet if needed.

Lovely staff but the pistachio iced latte was terrible. Just tasted of artificial flavours. Please take it off your menu. I feel ripped off.

Loved the ambiance! So quite and peaceful! Perfect from work from cafe, study, and of course an evening date!! Staff so polite and kind!

I was awaiting a friend to arrive on a morning bus at Gloucester Green when I popped into Caffe Nero for a cappuccino and sweet roll. The coffee was the best cup of coffee I've had in days. I got a weak imitation of coffee at another establishment the day before. The sweet raisin pastry I had was fresh, sweet and tasty. The restaurant played beautiful music and it was not too loud. The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable. I would return here, even if I wasn't waiting for a bus to come in.
