Stow Park Nursing Home

Loved care home, excellent staff and services.

I cannot praise the staff at Stow Park Nursing Home enough. My father was with them for just under a year before he passed away. The care and support both he and my family received was exemplary. We were continually kept up to date with how he was feeling from the odd sniffle to the more serious health complaints.We were always made to feel so welcome and the effort they went to make the home feel like a home from home to photos on the walls to home cooked food which he loved and ate more than his fair share of was outstanding.In his final hours they took care of not only dad but of us too with such care and compassion, they made a difficult time easier to bare.We really can't thank them enough!!

I put my mother in this home not too long ago and i have just discovered bruises on her, i rang the head of the home and she was nothing but rude about it.I am so disappointed in the service as i was falsely misled in the induction, my poor mother has suffered for months without me knowing and i am now putting a stop to it.I am completely sickened and disappointed!

Brilliant level of care great given to the residents the staff who work there are kind and do the best they possibly can for the residents thank you for what you do
