Michael Denston and his colleagues worked seamlessly together giving advice, managing all the viewings efficiently and kindly, and keeping me updated throughout the sales process. All the team were absolutely lovely, and Mike was extremely patient with all my questions. I highly recommend this team!

Having recently purchased a property that Wellington Wise were the estate agents for, we were really pleased with the service that we were offered. The sale process was frustratingly extended due to complications with solicitors, but throughout Wellington Wise were response, professional and transparent about the process that was taking place, making the whole thing a lot less stressful. Extremely impressed with the service I received from Wellington Wise.I purchased a property via them in May and had been selling my house via another estate agent since September. My house sale fell through for the 3rd time in May and I eventually asked Wellington Wise to try to sell it so that I would not lose my property purchase. I was very apprehensive after my previous experience but they sold the house at the first viewing!I am so grateful to Sarah and Sasha who went above and beyond for us. Sarah even drove documents from the seller to their solicitor to ensure we exchanged and completed on time!The whole team were extremely helpful, if Sarah or Sasha weren’t available, whoever I spoke to was fully up to speed with my case which I was very impressed with.I would 100% recommend Wellington Wise and would definitely use them again in future.

We had sold our house through a different agents, found a house with Wellington Wise that we liked. We negotiated with the vendor and had an offer accepted to purchase the property. Our buyer was having trouble securing an adequate mortgage to buy ours so pulled out. Within 3 hours of this happening, Wellington Wise had sold" our house to someone else!! We didn't even receive a phone call from them to discuss options

We recently tried to purchase a house through WellingtonWise, and due to some delays on the sellers' side we had been holding on for 6 months. This was at no fault of WW, who did all they could to keep us informed with regular calls and emails. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions (we frequently called to ask these) - this was no trouble for anyone we encountered from the local agents. I must particularly highlight Jeremy and Richard who were completely transparent and honest with us throughout - something that I think is so so so important (and frustratingly rare) in the industry. While we did end up buying another property, I had to leave these guys a great review. Highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend anyone to sell/buy a property with Wellington Wise. Simon (Burdett) came to our house and immediately knew he had someone on their books who would like our house.
