A fabulous store in Swansea clean and well laid out the staff knew their range and were happy to demonstrate and offer advice! Excellent offers good delivery times! Ailsa was amazing gave 100% to our sale and nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend this store!

Went to this store today with my fiancé and I’m so pleased with the experience we recieved from the staff. They have a very wide range of knowledge and made us feel comfortable when trialing the different mattresses. We had no idea what type of mattress we wanted or would be best suited for us - but we left the store thrilled with finding the perfect match and can’t wait to come back and accept our quote. Thank you so much for being so welcoming!

I don't have anything negative to say about the customer service we had in the store itself. The manager was absolutely lovely and couldn't do more for us. Even when we changed our minds it wasn't a problem for her.The delivery service however was another story. We live on a hill and there was a 10-15 metre walk up to get to our house, this was all explained in store, even getting our house up on Google maps and we were told it wouldn't be a problem. On the day two older gentleman who looked to be in their late 50/60 said they were pensioners and shouldn't have to do a job like this, they said only management said yes as they care about the money we are spending and management don't care about the delivery drivers. They were sweating profusely and I gave them water, I thought one of them was going to keel over as he was having difficulty breathing. They didn't think I could hear them but they decided to lie to us about not taking the final two boxes upstairs, making up something about having to be taken out of the boxes first before going upstairs but the other driver said they could do it but the other decided not to and refused. These were the two heaviest boxes. On top of all this we then find that one of the boxes was the incorrect colour so our flat pack man couldn't come and install the furniture. We're now having to wait for the correct colour to be delivered, even though we've already waited 8 weeks for the delivery. Can't fault the store but the delivery was a horrible experience.

Fantastic customer service, great product knowledge, and patience even though we arrived late and store was closing shortly didn't feel rushed or pressured, would l definitely use this store again

1. No postponed delivery2. Drivers who are more helpful and not leave beds unpacked in the customers lounge. We are not young and fit and had to unpack and move ourselves, with no one to help.The driver said it was not possible to get the beds up the stairs.3. Better written instructions.4. 4 faulty pistons and no solution given.

Absolute shambles and no ownership of problem when they didn’t even load my mattress on the van the day of the delivery that I paid for in advance. Aweful customer service on the phone and took 4 very long calls to different areas to sort.

Thank you to Sarah and the other lady who’s name I didn’t catch for our wonderful experience here. We bought a mattress but it didn’t feel like a typical shopping experience, it felt like we were visiting old friends. Absolutely would recommend, they were super kind to our 2 year old, asked questions about what we’re looking for in a mattress/ our budget/ the type of bed frame we have and were able to make a recommendation off our answers.

All the staff at the Swansea branch were very helpful, professional and friendly. They used their knowledge to to recommend different brands and types which was very helpful.

Very helpful, efficient, knowledgable, efficient staff in the shop and the delivery guys.Regular updates on delivery times, delivered within the advised time.
