Fantastic people - Will sold me a new shape Mini and I love it.

Shockingly smarmy salesmen in cheap suits acting like they own the company when they are just salesmen. Won’t be coming back.

I would like to give a mention to Seb and Ryan who both ensured that my wife was one happy customer with the purchase of her second Mini in less than 3 months following issues with a car supplied elsewhere within the Westerly Group. The new car is excellent and I am pleased to recommend Mini Bridgwater.

Wanted to check a new model that was being offered as a company car. The young lady (Gorgina I think) was very pleasant and helpful, especially as she knew this wasn't a sale. Very professional.

My partner and I visited the showroom and purchased a car early May. We met the branch Manager and a young lady who were both very helpful. We were due to collect the car one Saturday and the evening before we were called by a different salesman to say we couldn’t collect the car due to outstanding paperwork and paperwork missing. Bit disappointed but we thought hopefully another week and all would be sorted. Kept getting told documents had and will be sent to the post office. Was never sure if documents were sent. Something wasn’t adding up and told it could take up to a month to sort. Then we were offered an alternative car which was well over our budget and more expensive than the car we purchased. Asked to make another contribution to secure this car. Refused. In the end we said we wouldn’t continue with the sale. After a couple of emails this was accepted and agreed our deposit would be refunded. Nearly a week later we had to chase for our deposit to be refunded. Also noticed the car that we had paid a deposit for was back up for sale despite not receiving our refund when originally requested and paperwork still outstanding for the car so couldn’t be sold. Such a shame as the car was just what I wanted. I sent a further to complain about the awful customer service but was never acknowledged. I would not recommend this showroom unfortunately and had to look elsewhere.

Chris Horlock was absolutely amazing to deal with the selling of my F56 Mini Cooper S. He's been a breath of fresh air compared to other salesman I've spoken about the selling of my mini too. Chris is approachable, answered the phone whenever I called him and responded to emails in a quick/professional manor. I'd 100% recommend this gentleman/dealership!

Did my car service and MOT and a recent emergency repair in here. Their service is great, speedy. Professional team. The service representative is very professional and answers all questions and helps with all requests.Will keep it as my regular service centre.

Bought my Mini JCW from bridgewater in august 2021. Upon receiving my car Bridgwater have been awful with their customer service. My car had not been serviced since 2019.I’m not sure if you know of your own ‘Approved Used Warranties’ Quoted by mini themselves. “Verified service history. A car’s service history must meet MINI Approved Used standards. If a service is due it will be carried out prior to delivery.”My service was 23 months old, I’m not sure how that can be classed as meeting Minis needs. Mini also quote “We want you to have total confidence in your car” now I’m not sure I could have confidence in a hot hatch when it’s last service was 23 months ago.Upon ringing I got told the last service got lost but someone would call me back. I’m nearly a year down the line since that phone call. I called again Thursday 25th May to be told someone would get back to me. Funnily enough that never happened either.I tried to sell my car to a mini branch but they wouldn’t buy it off of my because it didn’t have Full Mini Service History. Please enlighten me as to how you can buy a Mini through Mini themselves and a Mini Branch won’t buy it off of you.Do not buy from this company as I’m still waiting to hear back.Avid Mini fan, 3rd JCW and I will never go through a mini dealer for one of these again. Useless staff.

Great experience at Vertu MINI.The team member that was helping us with the perchase of our new car was great, she took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure, which usually puts us off a purchase.When we arrived to collect the car the same person took so much time explaining and showing us the functions of the car, despite us being late to our appointment and was even welcoming to our pup!Great service and very happy with perchase!
