B&Q Stanmore

Wow. What an excellent service today from Rebecca. Helped me find the exact light bulbs I needed. Then went out of her way to find me some out of stock bubble wrap. The place was fully staffed today came away with exactly what I needed.

It has been a pleasure to visit this store. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to talk me through all their paint products so that I could make an informed decision on what paint best suited for the work we was completing in the house. I would highly recommend this B&Q store.

Bad customer service; no value for customer satisfaction. I brought something that was just poor quality they refused to return it until I went to another branch and had no issues. 2 hours wasted.Anyways, I recommend you buy your goods from Amazon - they have everything there. Better prices. And the service is just so much smoother. No headaches.

Great B&Q store - laid out well with plenty of space. The store felt modern and clean - plenty of choice. Very little staff on the shop floor though, did struggle trying to find someone to help with a quiery. Car park is small and can be difficult to park during peak hours

Fairly well stocked store. Selco is next door so it makes it easy to compare prices.They have a key cutting machine, garden area and paint mixing facilities.

I had this lovely lady Kirsty-Lea I think, absolutely amazing!! such a friendly and helpful member of staff who exceeded my customer service experience! As a complete novice myself she was so patient, informative and helpful made my whole experience there a positive one!

I'm usually not the one to fuss over lack of service but this experience was beyond my patience. I bulk purchased some paints from this B&Q store and after finishing the renovations in our house I came back to return the unused products. I was extremely unsatisfied by the service I received from the customer services team as I needed assistance returning each individual purchase ( and I politely waited for assistance whilst they continued also serve other customers on the side even though I should have been given priority seeming that I also waited in the queue to be served). Disappointed by the service received I went to speak to the Manager , Kristy, who again didn't seem to take my complaint seriously and unbotheringly told me she will speak to the staff to sort out. I'm hoping that she did her duties and actioned upon my complaint and would like a clarification that this has happened.

Terrible customer service. Never coming here again. Rude staff who ignore customers when you ask for help. I have a condition and therefore unable to lift things by myself, especially heavy things. Today I get told by the staff to lift and carry things at the till, whilst they’re sitting there chatting and making rude remarks between them. I was very upset at their complete lack of respect or manners and horrible customer service. Definitely DO NOT recommend going here, instead go to nearby places like Wilko and Screwfix with professional employees.
