Very poor contact centre all the toys are either broken or have no batteries in them most of the staff are nice that I have met there doesn't really need to be so many of these places in the first place though as most people's children should be placed at home with their loving caring families rather than being ripped from their families and friends and home

Better training for staff. Needs to be cleaned properly. Supervision not close enough with enough attention paid to verbal communication. Needs better management. Is a valuable and needed service and staff are friendly and try to be helpful
