Took my car in for a major service and arrived at 8:30am as agreed. At 5pm I had not heard anything so called to ask if it was ready to collect. I was told that they had not started it yet and were planning on doing it the following day. At no time did they contact me to ask if this was ok. I promptly collected the car and will now find someone else to service the car on the agreed day.

Called customer service to book my car to run a diagnoses and they ask for £212 where on there online site it’s been advertised for £145 and when I asked him about £145 he said this is not right. FYI other BMW in RM3 charge only £115. Either educate your staff or fix your online price.

PLEASE READ!! AVOID at all costs!! cheap outsourcing 3 month guarantee not good enough…We have used BMW servicing for many years but never again we have our wheels refurbed only to find they have peeled and cracked only after 10 months when we complained they said they outsource their works and only guaranteed for 3 months! ps they ever told us this! Shocking service from BMW leigh on Sea we could of outsourced ourselves with a 12 month guarantee we wont be using BMW Leigh on Sea Essex for our annual servicing ever again in fact I won't ever buy a BMW mini again based on their service and rude customer service received.Poor show BMW! you have lost a customer for life

I have to say that in my experience not all dealers are the same - there are as many bad/mediocre ones as there are good. 'Excellent' is very rare indeed. Well I found excellence in Fairfield BMW. From start to finish they were responsive, flexible, friendly and looked after me pre and post purchase. Steve Putney was 1st Class. Many thanks Steve and Fairfield for making this such a good experience.

Always been helpful over the years. Update: 29/12/21 We had an issue with our car. Even though fully booked Hannah in service arranged a hire car i3 and put our car in the queue to have the software update and oil change. Fantastic service. Thank you Hannah and the team.

They are kind workers, but I had an unpleasant experience with this dealer, I brought my BMW car for a check, after I received the car I received it with damage.they damaged the rear wheel.I understand that they won't pay and won't repair the damage, but I expected them to at least apologize, to which I only received an answer that they didn't do that.I do not recommend this dealer.when you go to them, be very careful when you receive the car

BEWARE - This dealership has Questionable Integrity/Practices.To provide some context, back in February 23 this year. My vehicle was in this dealership for a service. Whilst it was being serviced they also completed a vehicle check and advised me that my two front tyres had small bulges in the exterior wall from pot hall damage. Dealership were happy to let me drive away with my vehicle with no issues and advised to get it changed when able. As a result of this, I got my two front tyres changed elsewhere. It's important to note that the vehicle was not in for a MOT at this point.Last week, I took my vehicle in again for another scheduled service including an MOT that comes as part of my service plan. The vehicle was dropped in first thing in the morning and later that afternoon I receive a video advising me my MOT has failed due to a cut" in one of the rear tyres. I reviewed the video completed by the mechanic and in all honesty

Brilliant service from Jeremy Allen, Could not fault his knowledge when it came to purchasing an electric vehicle for the first time. The whole sale of my old car and purchase of new one was a pleasurable experience. I certainly hope to deal with Jeremy again.
