Lee Parnell Sports Massage
Lee deserves more than 5 stars - I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a keen cyclist, I was carrying a large amount of unnecessary tension in my shoulders which I hadn’t even realised until my first massage with Lee. The release I felt even after just one session with Lee was incredible. He is highly knowledgeable and really encourages you to work on the right stretches and strength exercises between sessions. As a result my posture on the bike has improved dramatically which means I can stay in the saddle for longer! Thanks Lee!

I can highly recommend Lee whether you have a specific injury or area of concern, or you need a general top to toe to keep you training and moving well.Lee has helped me understand my body better so that I can keep training be it in the gym or walking long distance. A regular once over to work with my areas of weakness - hips and shoulders - and some homework stretches means I'm able to enjoy my exercise and avoid unnecessary injury.Lee is extremely knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and has a friendly and approachable manner.

Lee has helped me with two issues. On each occasion Lee has treated me successfully. As well as working to resolve the problem, Lee’s knowledge and the guidance he gives, means I am able to remain injury free and have had no re-occurrences of those issues.Another added bonus is that Lee is a really nice guy and the sessions with him are professional and comfortable. I’d recommend Lee to anyone - he can make a real difference...

I first visited Lee whilst suffering with upper back/neck stiffness and pain. Lee did a full assessment, worked out the cause of my problem, and over a couple of sessions successfully treated the area. He sent me away with at home exercises and guidance to see him again when necessary. Lee was really knowledgable and personable - I highly recommend.

I saw Lee recently following a persistent niggling calf muscle injury which had developed due to running.He had been recommended highly by my Friend. He was thoroughly knowledgeable amd thourough in his consultation. During the treatment and deep tissue massage, he released the muscle very quickly and I felt the benefits straight away. He explained the treatment while he was working on the area and I returned to running within a week or 2. I would highly recommend Lee, he is friendly and excellent at his job. Any further problems I'll definitely be back!
