Lloydy's HD

I have been using Lloydy's HD since it opened in early 2015 and have seen it completely transformed and brought to life as a vibrant, friendly & professional hair salon. The girls are all super friendly and I'm always offered complimentary tea/coffee etc. Tracey is an incredible stylist who I trust implicitly and with whom I know my hair is in safe hands. I always come away feeling a million dollars and I always receive comments about how fab my colour looks. They also use beautiful products. There's nowhere else for me when it comes to my hair.

Love this hairdressers, I have been going for the last two years and I have never been disappointed. The girls are all so friendly and welcoming and the salon has a professional yet relaxed feel. The products that are used are second to none and my hair has always felt amazing when leaving. Thank you ladies for such a great service always ❤️.

Visited for the first time on a busy Saturday morning. All of the staff were very welcoming and considerate.The salon is immaculate and very comfortable.I was impressed to be given the prices by phone before I came. They were very reasonable. A superb service; thank you Katie.I definitely will go back.

Thought my first cut was going OK, the lady (the owner) seemed nice and did as she was asked. What I didn't realise is that she cut it exactly like the photo regardless of what I said about how my hair acted or what my own hair was like. Got home and realised it looked wonky and I couldn't make it look right. It looked like I'd cut it myself without aid of a mirror. Rang to ask if I could see her to talk about it or have her do something to help and the girl who answered just left the phone in the desk and I could hear most of the conversation, including the bit where the owner made a joke about me making the other staff laugh. I decided not to return to have it fixed as I wouldn't want to go back to somewhere with that attitude towards their customers and got someone with a professional attitude to fix it instead. Partly my fault for going to a new hairdresser for a restyle but their attitude when something went wrong said enough to me. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had a great time with Dori and the team for a modern perm. from the consultation to the finishing touches Dori explained everything really well and did a fantastic job. The resident pooches were out so they even let me bring my dog in while I was being seen. Thank you! X

I visit the salon regularly and would not go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and know exactly how I like my hair to be cut and listen to any questions I have. I have my hair coloured and have always been thrilled with the results. They seem to understand what colour and style suits me best. I have had a really bad experience with a home dye and Tracey was able to fix it straight away. I would highly recommend this personal, friendly salon over a big name, big price, salon any day!!

I have been going to Lloyd’s hairdressers for a few years now and now go regularly every 6-8 weeks. The main reason for this is naturally to have my hair done but the other reason is that everyone is so friendly and genuinely pleased to see you and my goodness do you get a fantastic shampoo head massage WOW. It’s a really warm friendly experience and I certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend.

After years of box dyes and refusing to have my hair cut, I knew exactly where to come when it really was time for a proper change! Tracey took the time to talk me through different options for my hair, and did a truly amazing job after we’d made a decision. My hair was exactly what I had wanted for so long - clearly very good at what she does! The salon is very beautifully decorated and cosy feeling, and all the girls are always so welcoming! Wouldn’t ever consider letting anyone else touch my hair! Keep up the fantastic work Tracey and the team!
