I’ve been using another company for DTF, but as I’ve seen such a high amount of social media activity and the pricing seemed so good, I thought I’d give this company a try.So far, I’ve placed three orders, one of which was very time sensitive. I discussed my needs with Reece who was incredibly helpful and informative.To date, all my orders have arrived on time and the quality has been great. As long as their service keeps this momentum, I’m happy to keep moving forwards with Trade Embroidery for my DTF printing needs.

I ordered yesterday, had a email to confirm a possible mistake on my part with my design before it was printed. Although this was the later in the day, Reece went above and beyond to print and get it delivered to me next day .Arrived in great packaging, the quality of the Gang Sheet is incredible , the images are so sharp and vibrant, I have really done my research and tried a few companies and by far Trade Embroidery are best.Easy to use website , which enables you to play around with sizing, and position your designs.I am really looking forward to working with this company. Ordered embroidered caps on 9th June 23. Still not received them 3rd July 23. Website says 7 working days delivery. Took them 3 days just to get the artwork proof to me. Terrible customer service. Eventually received them... late. But quality was so bad client cancelled order.

Brilliant company with excellent products. Their DTF sheets are by far thebbest quality transfers I have used to date. Highly recommended for their services!

Good concept, but shoddy execution. DTF transfers heavily advertised on next day print, chased multiple times to check and was eventually told the machine was broken.Despite asking to cancel and refund 3 times (once on the phone and twice on email), these eventually turned up a week later. Quality was fine though.A shame, as the premise is good.

I ordered a cap and I was assured it would arrive before I left on a business trip. Nobody answers phone calls or voice messages. Only one customer service representative replied saying it would arrive, but of course it has not. I am a printing company and was hoping to use their services long-term and have been put off this from this one experience, I have requested a refund and will update the review if they send it

Been outsourcing to Trade embroidery for almost a year. Really great service and happy with the turnaround. Customers have been raving about the products and continue to order so it’s a win win!Thanks team, I’m exciting to keep working with you

Poor communication and unhelpful website. Ordered a DTF sheet. confirmation email says artwork will need approval before printing. Waited 2 days for a proof then contacted to be told this is not what the procedure is and the machine is broke which is causing the delay. Received the sheet a day or two later which does look nice but when checking the website for application instructions for the material, there is none and they wont answer the phone or email or comments on their social media. Really quite a poor performance for my first experience using them.
