Due to unfortunate circumstances had to call out Metro Rod to unblock a sewer. I Was really impressed with Dave and Adam today who did a thorough job. They were freindly and informative on what was required and it was obvious that they had extensive knowledge of their trade and shown care whilst working in my property. Awesome service! Had a blocked toilet that was causing a pipe to leak in the cellar and backed up so badly it flooded the bathroom in our shop. Called the main number, Dave the engineer called me back within 10 minutes and was at the property within the hour. Half an hour later, the toilet was unblocked. He gave us a bit of advice to try to stop it happening again in future too. Top service and a lovely, helpful bloke. Thanks Dave!

Fantastic service. Ian Burrows attended to do a full drain survey. Thorough job and explained everything as he went then ran through the works needed and told me what to expect. Friendly and efficient, left the property tidy. Thank you

Ian Burrows came out really quickly (about an hour!) after I phoned 24/7 to report blocked drains. He managed to clear all of the blockages, including one on my neighbour’s side, and was friendly, polite and explained what he was doing throughout. He was great!
