Ben's The Best! We were looking to have our new washing machine installed and after a google search and ringing around a few installers - we found Ben. He immediately struck as an honest professional with a rather pleasant and friendly attitude. He was prompt to help us out, as we had already been waiting for couple of weeks to have our washing machine installed, and his quote was very fair. On the day he arrived on time and even though the installation unexpectedly took a little longer than usual, Ben was thorough and professional about finishing the installation by going over and beyond his task without any hesitation. Highly recommend BB appliances services .

Had Ben come and replace the door seal on a washing machine, quick to respond, reasonable prices and a good job done promptly, would happily recommend.

Had a leak from our washing machine, Called BB Appliances and received a cracking service. Ben was friendly, proffesional and effeicient. Diagnosed the problem, arranged the part and returned and fixed the issue. No fuss, no fiddle, really impressed. I will definately recommend.

Was given Bens number by someone that suggested he was the right person for the job. Our AEG washing machine was playing up and throwing some error codes.. I spoke to Ben and he knew what it was from the code. He came out to check it and said he may have the right part . Unfortunately he didn't have the right bit, but he ordered it and came back on the day he said he would fitted the part and its now working fine, charged a very fair call out of less than £50 and the part was £52 fitted with no other charges. Nice guy clean tidy professional and I would highly recommend him.

Technician arrived within the time window indicated following a sudden breakdown of our washing machine. He quickly identified the problem. A failed drainage pump. Had a stock part on the van and replaced the faulty unit efficiently. Tested and verified that all was in order. The price of the pump was very competative and the job great value for money. Would definately recommend this company to friends and family.

Had noisy bearings on our washer/drying so called Ben and he popped around to check that was the issue then ordered a new drum and repaired my unit. Excellent service and a friendly manner with great communication throughout the process and a fair price, highly recommend.
