Good place and nice experiences. I lost my mag while gaming and the staff helped me to find it. Appreciated.

Brilliant staff, very helpful, lacking in areas. The site itself is good, plenty maps, buildings and stationary vehicles to hide in and behind. The shop was plenty stocked, the cafe had plenty to offer and the lunch was good and reasonably priced. The games seem very unbalanced and lead to frustration, my own team members were breaking rules and the opposition seemed to not know rules either, communication with the staff and players could be better.Staff did help me when my gun malfunctioned and that was very appreciated.I traveled quite far with my friends and partner and we all got split up into opposite teams, it was a little disheartening to not spend the day with my partner.I’ve been visited three times and the experience quality has unfortunately gone down each time. I would go again but if the quality doesn’t improve I wouldn’t come again.

Good venues, both Portishead and Cribbs Causeway are frequented by our group many times. The indoor safe zone is nice and keeps all your gear dry, can get a bit breezy at the Portishead venue.Good amount of stocked goods available to buy and the food is ok too.All in all a great day and Marshals do a good job of controlling the game.

This is a good site. Excellent pitch to play on with a verity of terrain and cover and buildings and a small wood area. Excellent safe zone with a good amount of tables maybe could do with a few more . The safe zone is also totally covered and has a great choice of food. I was a walk on but the rental guns looked awesome and were gas powered ( I think) which is the first site i have been to which have gas rental guns. All players and staff were friendly and helpful when unclear on rules. So not really any down sides but Just remember each site has different rules. This was the first site i have played on with a min engagement rule which is fine also gun hits count as a kill which again is fine and some other little things . Just remember to ask the Marshall if you are not sure. Oh and remember to call you're hits and keep you're hand up when you're dead or else you will be shot again which is only fair as to me if you don't have you're hand up you are a live player. Cant wait to go back cheers H

Amazing site but it's a shame about the people who run it.Marshall's were very intimidating and cocky.Quite unprofessional in my opinion.I seen paying customers being talked to like a child. It's an airsoft site guys. Not a kindergarten. The fat dude that trys to run around seems to have an attitude problem all the time and The other one with a beard that is permanently smoking a cigar is probably one of the biggest big headed cock I've ever met.I will not be returning to this site along with a lot more guys that I play with.Every time I hear about this place it seems to be getting worse. You are driving PAYING customers away guys.Such a shame

Amazing experience! Had ZERO idea what was going on - I'm old Mum/Aunt with 3 kids 12-15 and it was one of the few times I witnessed teens realise 'My parent is on my side'?! The staff are FANTASTIC - helped a 12 yr old (into art) girl get over her fear and, thanks to staff encouragement, she loved it! We were paired with a group who initially terrified me and I nearly walked out because it was a Stag party! However, staff reassured us nobody is allowed to be under the influence and they'll make sure of your safety etc. The staff were 100% correct- the Stag party were out to have a great time 'try your hardest and laugh when you get caught' eg I'm uncompetitive but surprised myself by being initially angry when I got shot in the back.... but I was laughing within a second saying 'You got me'! Great time! My only criticism is the safety video has a lovely child in an abomination of a shirt.... from Chelsea FC!

I wanted to leave something about the day we had today, we have been playing Airsoft at Cribbs for 7 - 8 years and when we first started we used to thoroughly enjoy it. Over the last couple of years we feel our days have gradually got worse here, to the point we had a long break from the site, due to organisation issues and poor gameplay. Today we went back for the first time in a long time, Covid had also probably prolonged this.. but we were completely disappointed in how the day was managed, we can understand the loss of income for the venue through the lockdowns, but having a day completely disrupted because paintball and Airsoft are running on the same site is poor. For a good hour, we were stuck down in the woodland area, which is small, steep and barely suitable for Airsoft, because of the paintball. We are paying your full price, for what felt like today, a very limited day. This isn't anything against the marshalls as I imagine their hands are somewhat tied and speaking to one, he also agreed it can be a problem and the organisation is not always very good.We thought maybe it's just us, as having played other sites over the years for the same price and finding them much more consistent may have just made us bias, but we know you have lost other regular players for the same reasons. Many people obviously still attend your games and clearly find enjoyment in the days you provide, but we just felt we needed to make a comment of some kind, as we feel it's just such a shame, the site has the potential to be so much more but there seems to be so little care in providing a high quality day these days and the games are just there to waste time until 4pm.Best wishes.

Decent site let down by poor management. Not having any free hydration available on a 26 degree day is unacceptable and dangerous. As a longtime player, the vast majority of sites offer free water or at least a refill point. Here the only hydration available was from the overpriced shop, taking advantage of a captive audience to make a profit. Constant announcements over the tannoy felt like advertising and very little time was provided between games to kit up or rehydrate.Even when most players were clearly loading magazines, marshals continued repetitive announcements. I understand that the games are on a schedule but some accounting for the state of the players should have been done. This was likely in part due to opening much later than advertised. We arrived before the gates opened to find a large queue, that only began to move around 8.50 instead of the promised 8.30. The system of having one band for entering, and one band for paying is redundant and slows things down. This could easily be combined into one process done on entry.Game modes were quite repetitive and the site clearly leaned more toward paintball than airsoft. Not worth travelling from Wales for.
