First and last time. I do not believe my dog was bathed. He has no smell to him and they said they used powder because he was hand stripped l. His chest looks like it was cut with hedge cutter! The girl who did him has NO idea about customer service, nor behave like she even likes dogs. My gut instinct was to not leave him and I wish I hadn’t. And when I complained her mum did nothing but keep saying well I wasn’t there.or she shouldn’t have said or done that. Shocking experience. They reckon my dog who has been groomed since he was 3 months every 3 months couldn’t tolerate having his nails cut. Avoid

Bert absolutely loves it here, he gets loads of fuss, treats and a bandana. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wonderful and caring groomers.

My dog Poppy has been going here for a long time now. They have supported her and cared for her when she has recently been unwell and lost the use of her back legs. I was upset as I thought as she would take so long and struggle more that I would have to find some where new or attempt to do her myself. But no, she was seen over two appointments and was totally at her own pace and what she felt she could tolerate. Thank you so much x
