McDonald's

Very busy, full of tourists. There is seating down stairs and it's hidden away by the side of the counter. Food is ok, it's McDonald's after all. Tables are cleaned as soon as someone leaves which is good. And toilets are clean

This is my local McDonald's, and I know the food quality can vary a lot. From terrible to edible.This time, rather than getting a McCrispy they gave me a McBurnt. The whole burger had been overcooked, and the burger bun itself was burnt black and crunchy. It was so burnt that it came apart in my hands. Not only was the burger burnt, but the chips looked and tasted like they had been cooked around five times and they were also burnt and overcooked.Basically, the food was inedible.Please fix what was once a good McDonald's. The manager, an older gentleman with a mustache, continues to shout at both customers and workers. This branch needs to change.Update - July 2023 - I'm not sure why I keep punishing myself and wasting my money in this branch. Another day, another over cooked burger and bun (again burnt). Oh and this time a whole large fries missing.

Hello I am writing to you to inform you of my recent visit to the Holbon store (London WC2B 6AA)I was meeting someone nearby but had skipped lunch so having arrived a few minutes earlier than planned, and being right next to a McDonalds I deceided to get a burger to 'Take out'. The store was not that busy. i orderd a Double Quarter Pounder with Chesese from one of he online order terminals. The machine was not able to print a recipt, but a sthe store what not that busy figured this should not be a problem. (Not sure what options there are anyway in this situation). I waited a few minutes and saw my Order (72) show up on the 'prepapring' screen. it moved up the list and then appeared in the 'collect' screen, I want up to the counter to pick up my burger.But, it was not ready and I was told to wait a few minutes. Several orders with later numbers were showing up on the screen and were being collected.after a breif time, my number dissappeared from the screen. it was now not showing as either 'preparing' or 'collect'. It was clear thet the staff were rushing and one person was quite flustered. After a few minutes and no sign of things improving I spoke to the person at the till and told her the situation and said actually can I just ahve my money back. She seemed aware of the general delays and confusion. She went over and checked with another employee one and then told me it would be a couple of minutes. I said I didn't really have a couple of minutes.She then popped off and very quickly returned with 'my order', handing me the bag. I said '72?', she replied that it was not 72, but 70 , but to taka it as it had the right contents. The last thing I wanted to do was take someone else's meal- compounding the problem and potentially getting into some disagreement with another customer.... I told her that i didnt want the hassle or taking someone elses meal. And I did'nt want whatever was in the bag (I am skeptical that it was what I had ordered).. I said I didn't have the time to discuss it further... it seemed to be all hands on deck trying to resolve whatever had gone wrong with the ordering. I believe this person was genuinely trying to my problem, but this this was not the right solution. I left the store approximately £6 poorer and without the food I ordered and paid for in good faith.Very disappointing experience.

At a very convenient location, good menu and clean preparation. A little bit untidy downstairs cause customers doesn't throw away the leftover in the bin provided. Doesn't feel good to eat in there sometimes, especially when it's busy. Restrooms are unclean & broken faucets. McD please do check the quality of service at all stores, a request .

Memeber of staff didn't let us sit down to eat although it was only 10:20pm and there was over 40mins until closing. She was very rude and basically kicked us out! I threw my meal I ordered in the bin and left.

Quick lunch with my daughter whilst shopping. Food was OK but bear in mind, it's fast food. So being bloated and rocky feeling in your tummy afterwards is a norm.Place itself was OK, considering how busy it was...Staff was nice.

Excellent for a central location. Kept clean with quick and unrushed service at 1pm. They had someone(manager?) going around checking that everything was satisfactory with seated customers which was a first for me in a MCs or any fast food place for that matter. My triple cheeseburger patties were lined up as well as I've ever seen one. Def a 5 star McDonald's
