My laptop battery was faulty so I looked up places to get it fixed near me and Mac Teca was the first place I saw and took the chance. Absolutely lovely people there and great and quick service too! Affordable as well in my opinion.

Amazing. It can be so stressful when something goes wrong with your phone. I was very grateful to take my phone to Mike's place. He is so understanding, obviously proficient and totally knows what he is doing. As someone born too late for the screen generation, it is very reassuring to go to to an expert lke him. Always an excellent service from Mick, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has an excellent customer service commitment to go above and beyond to resolve any issues with devices as well as possible, with good humour and a very polite manner. Mick’s service fees are very fair including around fees if a repair hasn’t been possible and also very practical with coming up with workarounds and offering a temporary device while a device is being repaired. My husband and I have been coming to Mick for all our tech issue needs for nearly 6 years because of this, including when Mick worked with a different business before setting up at MacTeca. Basically we know when we have a tech issue, we can go to Mick and he will look after us - whether it’s through repairing our device or performing miracles like offering a replacement at a very reasonable cost. We’d be lost without Mick, so thank you to MacTeca!

My laptop screen has been flickering on and off for years, made even more complicated as it was a custom build.Mick is very professional and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the issue and given an ETA on the fix. Even after needing a custom screen, he had it complete in a cpuple of days for a very reasonable price.Couldnt recommend him highly enough!!5 stars.Andrew
