After being turned away from my LBS asking them to take a look at my hydraulic brakes on my TT bike. I made the trip out to Jack for him to take a look. He went above and beyond my expectations, the brakes now function better than when I purchased the bike and he was even able to replace the gear cables for me in the same service. It feels like I have a new bike.I have also more recently had support from Jack at some local CX races where he has been super helpful, fixing any of our issues while at races. This is especially helpful for me and my CX bike that is practically falling apart.Cannot recommend enough!

Incredible from start to finish, responsive and knowledgeable with extraordinary attention to detail. Came to Mr Swain with the need for replacement chain, cassette and cables which he promptly changed. On another occasion I needed a snapped gear cable replacing which he managed to fish out and change to make my shifting as good as new for a competitive price. Can't recommend his services enough.
