This is the best tailor I've come across in London. The pricing is reasonable/realistic, the turnaround time is great, and the quality of work is top-notch. Being a short/petite person, it's nice to finally have a place I can go to have my clothing tailored at a reasonable price and trust the results will be of a high-standard. The staff, particularly Essi, are very kind as well. You can't beat this tailor, Crawford Tailors tick all the boxes.

After the lockdown, i needed a few alterations done. I brought in my dress which was ruined by another tailor and I’m incredibly satisfied with the results especially with the great prices! My husband also took his suit and some trousers for alteration, and now he is a regular customer! Thank you to the amazing tailors for their professionalism and great service.

Stopped in while visiting London over the holidays b/c my great grandfather’s jacket from WWII needed a quick fix. I had no cash, but they were kind enough to sew my button for free!

My family and I have been going to Crawford Tailors for a long time and they never disappoint! They always complete alterations perfectly, even slightly complicated ones like fixing a lot of loose threads in a delicate jumper. They are also timely and affordable-would highly recommend!

Great service, with fair prices. I just picked up my wedding dress, which had to be altered in different places. They completed the job in two weeks as agreed and handed me the dress in perfect conditions. I'd definitely come back and recommend their services.

I came a month ago to have a shirt and a pair of trousers altered. The tailor pinned everything up, and at the end told me the alterations would take 2-3 weeks. I came 1 month later to pick up my clothes, assuming they'd be ready by now, but unfortunately the tailors hadn't even started on my alterations. I was disappointed, but gave them more time to finish since I understand things can happen and they were busy. They offered to have my outfit ready in 5 days, and I agreed to give them more time, however I had an event, and stressed to them that it needed to be ready at the newly agreed upon date. 5 days later, I returned to pick up my clothes, and once again to my surprise, they hadn't even started on my outfit. needless to say, I was very unhappy. The tailor then promised to have my outfit ready by the next day, but I refused because my event was later that day, and they had completely lost my trust by this point. I didn't want them to rush the work on my clothes, and If they were able to finish in one day, there are no excuses as to why it took over a month to complete the alterations.This is my personal experience, and I understand it can vary person to person, so I am not here to sway opinions, just to share what a happened in my situation. I will not be returning to this tailor, even though it was conveniently close to my place. I have found another tailoring shop that is more timely and that I trust will have the work done when they promise to have it completed.Needless to say, very disappointing experience.
