Extremely Rude and I'll mannered staff especially line manager or team leader. Vodafone should think of who they are hiring. Would never visit this store again..

I had a disappointing experience with the staff. One of them is very rude and kinda insulting me.

Be careful to sign any agreements... Double check the offer before engagement..Poor customer service and online support is even worst

Most amazing and helpful member of staff [10] Gisa, and great store manager too. I visited this store a few days ago and found the experience excellent.To begin with, the store manager made sure my turn in the queue was kept safe which is highly appreciated. The lady that helped me with my query was really friendly and helpful, offering advice on multiple options, phone storage and size, battery life, sim & future phone upgrades, transferring an existing number and so forth.Would highly recommend Vodafone Oxford to anyone who is looking to get good rates and an outstanding service!

Staff were openly hostile and repeatedly insisted, while looking at a calendar, that 2 June is more than two weeks after 25 May.

Very very poor service, went to purchase a new pay as you go phone for a 73 yo, they had virtualy no stock. were there 1 and a half hours due to lack of staff! They say due to covid but I've had this same problem before covid in this particular store. Staff we dealt with hardly spoke to us, very rude and they got everything wrong that we asked for, then had to start all over again. They did not listen to what we asked for. Buying a Payg phone should be a simple task, not for them!!!!WARNING they don't except cash which in my opinion is illegal as Sterling is Sterling. My friend only deals in cash. Was quite embarrassed for all concerned. Will investigate this further with trading standards. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I a have worked in Electrical retail for 20 years including management of a mobile phone shop and have never experienced such poor customer service in any other mobile phone shop. I have now spoken to my friend and he has now decided to come off their network because of confusing and rude staff both from instore and on the phone. If I had staff that dealt with customers like this I would have dismissed them. I have nothing personally wrong with Vodafone and was with them since 1998 up till 5 years ago but their staff needs to be retrained in being polite and listening.

Was sold faulty device, led along for weeks trying to get issue sorted. Was semi-threatened by staff after being in store for multiple hours on hold with their customer service. They ended up cancelling the contract after I was able to get in touch with someone high enough up in customer service.
