We had the thrill of a lifetime to be escorted through the Spey whisky trail being introduced to distilleries and beauty spots by Mitch who is both knowledgeable and funny in equal measures. To have done the same trip without Mitch would have meant missing a great deal of detail and wasting a lot of time. Well done CopperCairn..

This is the only way to experience whisky in Scotland. Mitch and his team are amazing. They have all the best contacts, know the best places to go and make the experience unique and most importantly fun. My family enjoyed a week in Scotland with an incredible trip curated by CopperCairn. They put together an incredible tour with whiskey tasting, visits to historical sites and they even did all the driving. We had a wonderful opportunity to explore our family heritage areas and we also golfed Saint Andrews. Mitch and Jo took care of every detail from hotel reservations to event tickets to reservations at fabulous restaurants. We would highly recommend CopperCairn to anyone traveling to Scotland!

Mitch was brilliant - super fun and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave the group an inside track on single malt whiskey and Speyside whiskey in particular. His connections opened doors we would not even have been aware of after researching the area. He was kind, funny and flexible and full of local recommendations. He even bought us all a dram at The Highlander. A real deep dive into the world of single malt! I hope to see Mitch again soon...
